Master Your Menopause

Most women over 40 have experienced problems related to the hormonal changes surrounding the menopause.
Women who visit me often tell me they feel as if they are falling apart. Out of nowhere, it seems, they are suddenly experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, hot flushes and insomnia.

But don’t even think about HRT

HRT brings a significantly increased risk of breast cancer, stroke and DVT, which can lead to heart attack.
