What you’ll get on the course

  1.  You will receive an in-depth, 1-2-1 assessment.  We need to know what your personal main underlying barriers to health are.
  2. You will get a clear, step by step, week by week health program, tailored to your personal needs.
  3. You will have access to the member’s area in the website, which is FULL of useful information and recipes.
  4. We will meet weekly (2 hours), to share progress, ask questions, partake in delicious (and healthy of course) refreshments, and learn about a new aspects of hormonal health.
  5. You will be part of a community of like-minded people and you will be encouraged to help and support each other.
